Ca' Lea is a historical residence that has been completely renovated and is now used as a guesthouse. Its strategic location makes it convenient for the historical centre of Motta, the multinational CIMIC barracks, the ORAS rehabilitation hospital, the sanctuary of the Madonna dei Miracoli, the high school campus, the large industrial area and the Lemene - Livenza cycle path.
Ca’ Lea è una residenza storica completamente ristrutturata ed adibita a locazione turistica, la sua posizione strategica la rende comoda per il centro storico di Motta, per la caserma multinazionale CIMIC, per l’ospedale riabilitativo ORAS, per il santuario della Madonna dei Miracoli, per il polo scolastico delle scuole superiori per la grande zona industriale e per la pista ciclabile Lemene - Livenza.
Rooms - Camere
The house consists of three rooms, all of which have a private bathroom (with full sanitary facilities and a shower) for exclusive use. All rooms are equipped with an electronic lock, safe, hairdryer, TV, complete linen and Wi-Fi.
La struttura si compone di tre camere, tutte le camere hanno il bagno (con sanitari completi e box doccia) privato ad uso esclusivo.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di serratura elettronica, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, TV, biancheria completa e Wi-Fi.

We provide our guests with rusks, tea, sugar and a coffee pod machine, but we do NOT provide a full breakfast.
Nella struttura è presente un’area comune dove è possibile fare colazione, mangiare, lavorare o semplicemente svagarsi.

Mettiamo a disposizione per i nostri clienti fette biscottate, tè, zucchero, macchina del caffè a cialde ma NON forniamo colazione completa.
